My granddaughter is 14 months old now and just about worn this puzzle out (and similar puzzles from this supplier). The peg boards are so much better for little ones as they can pick the pieces up easier. Just mind when they’re on the ground - can be like treading on Lego if they pieces land peg face up

The material is made of wood and the images are made of paper and are glued. That's why it must be protected from water or humanity because it deteriorates easily, I experienced this with one of the 8 pieces, 8 vehicles. The child must be supervised not to put them in the mouth because they also spoil quickly. This type of puzzle is among the first that we chose for our child. We chose the one with vehicles. I like that it is made of wood and is also suitable for smaller children. He was attracted to puzzles from the beginning, so I took him as many of this kind as possible. It easily hangs on that button to put it in place or remove it from the board.

Just what I wanted for my 2yr old nephew. Perfect for little hands.

This is a timeless and brilliant toy for toddlers. Lots of fun, durable and very educational.
