Sturdy and smaller (GOOD!) than I thought it would be
The supplier exceeded my expectations in product delivery. I'm very happy with them. . . . The unit is smaller than I anticipated, based on the pictures. I'm happy with that. . . . Adjustments seem quite reasonable. . . . I have not received the dash cam to use this on so I can not, yet, comment on total function, but I am VERY happy with the supplier..

Works but could get you a ticket from CHP
The mount works OK, but it is not sufficiently flexible to allow good camera aiming if you comply with California law on windshield placement. I spent a good bit of time trying to make this work on my Chevy Malibu and my GMC Terrain and technically was still not "legal". I spoke to a CHP officer and he said it was marginal and a ticket might depend on a specific officer. Naturally, he recommended making sure you comply with the law about things mounted on your windshield.

Does not work.
The suction cup simply does not work. Dashcam fell from the window every few days.

Same problem as Alan C, Lost suction after 21/2 months.
Worked for a little more than 2 months, then lost suction. After trying everything, I gave up and remodeled it. I removed the suction cup, made two little metal brackets to attach it to the adhesive bracket that came with the camera. Now it's better than the original. I have the semi-permanent adhesive bracket with the adjustable ball and socket. The camera slides up and out easily for quick removal. Too bad the "Vacron people" didn't design it with this option.

great gadget
I just learned to pull the lever down to make it attach so nowit is very usable. I will also use it inside the house. You dohave to unscrew the camera from one mount to use in anothermount. I wish it had a clip on type holder. It has lots ofadjusting parts for positioning camera. I think it is a greatgadget.

Each year I have to buy another one because the rubber looses it's suction. This is my 4th & 5th one

Does it all
Works okay. However, adjusting the viewer slightly towards you to view it head-on obviously points the camera off center. Adjust it up or down is about all you can do. Picture is great, even at night. Focal plane is too long, so you can't read license plate of moving car in front of you.
