Great ingredient. Baught it to make a Christmas paella. Still have from 2 years ago and it still smells phenomenal. Very rich!

Mild Flavor.
I love saffron. I was so looking forward to receiving this. I have purchased and cooked with Iranian saffron & Afghani Saffron. So that’s my comparison for flavor. I followed the instructions, for this product. The threads increased in size.In comparison to what I have cooked with before, the flavor of this product was mild. This saffron is said to be good for other purposes. I will use it to make a tea.
