Q: How do you size these. or is it one size fits all .the box sez one size or medium.

Hi. I have them more than a year and they don't resize. What you see is what you get. But they fit all head sizes. I have a small head and they are awesome. My friend has very wide head and they fit great. So if you want them and have a XL head they will look awesome.

No, these glasses do not flip up.

Q: Are the leather pieces removable? And cab I remove the centre piece separate to the sides?
