I really liked this product. It is well made and it fits me. Included in the package: 2 elastic/velco extenders for plus size; a square piece of cotton flannel and a nice washing bag. You apply the castor oil (sold separately) to the square cotton flannel. The flannel piece can be washed after 15-20 uses if needed. No heat is needed. I used Queen of the Thrones Organic Golden Castor Oil with this kit. You won't be disappointed.

perfect. much better than the ones with the ties. it even has a packet for a hot water bottle. thyroid a plus. super soft and comfortable too.

Great tool to pair with castor oil

The castor oil pack did not come with instructions so i watched a few videos on Amazon. Sad that the company did not have any information on the pack or package what it is really made of or what country produced it. Not proud, i guess. Not sure about pain relief or absorbency since i used it "over" my own pad that i added the castor oil on, since i knew what that fabric was made of and from. It is very soft material. Buttons are OK right now.

I'm happy I chose this style of wrap so I could adjust the sides with the bands. The closure with the buttons have worked great so I can adjust the pressure and it stays put. I lay the castor oil pack on my heating pad and then drizzle it with oil. The heating pad warms it up and after its visibly seeped into the cloth I put it on and sleep with it all night with the heating pad on top of it. I feel amazing in the morning! I've used the thyroid pack for the back of my neck which worked great also. I did not tie the thyroid pack when I used it since I was sleeping and was worried about strangulation. Lol

Work perfect with my castor oil.
