These are the first pair of steel toe shoes in five years I have owned that don't hurt my big toes. I work 12 hour shifts in a factory and my feet feel just dandy. Plenty of room in the toe box with the wide size. I also wear arch support orthotics under my insole so I can't attest to the comfort of the insole alone.They stay on just fine and you don't have to worry about tying laces. They look sleek as well. Would wear them outside of work if a non-steel toe version exists.

My husband is a golf course superintendent and goes through boots/shoes fast. I got him these boots for Christmas for a few reasons.1. The ease of slipping on and off in the morning when he goes outside to start his truck.2. Thought they would be perfect for keeping his feet dry when digging irrigation leaks.My husband absolutely loves these boots. Comfy right out of the box. Keeps his feet dry ( so far. He’s yet to wear them in heavy rain or snow). I bought him a leather polishing kit to keep the boots in the best shape possible.Will definitely buy again! And highly recommend you do the same!
