The design is fine, except for the fact that it does NOT fit a 1.25 inch vacuum hose as claimed. Notwithstanding the good design, the material use in the plastic studded attachment is substandard. In my first use, I broke off about a third of the plastic studs just by brushing the dog. Were it made from a more durable plastic and were it able to fit a 1.25 inch vacuum hose, it would be a great product. Good idea, but a very flawed product.. I recommend NOT buying this. You'll be as disappointed as I was.

I was a bit skeptical of using it but for the most part it gets the job done. It's not 100% perfect in terms collecting a lot of hair but it helps.

Neither of the attachments fit either of my vacuum cleaners. They were in good condition, but just were not the right size.

I've tried different brushes and combs on my Border Collie and he hated them. I had to hold him down to brush him and I would have to deal with hand fulls of hair. The brush that is more like a comb works great at getting all the loose hair and the shedding winter coat. The brushes fit on my Hoover Tempo but I use a small hose vacuum now. The brush doesn't fit on the hose but I brush with one hand and vac with the other. It works great and for some reason my dog actually likes it.

Unfortunately doesn't fit my Miele vacuum. I was under the impressionist came with a size adaptor.

It is awkward to use, but works.

hard brush is perfect for my long hair st bernard. the soft bristle actually works well on the sofa. One complaint is they don't stay in the hose, they tend to pull apart. Nothing some duct tape wont fix. Does the job I couldn't do with a brush and my big boy loves it.
