Very very bad service center and customer care management
The media could not be loaded. Very very bad experience. I brought it near about 3200/- for best result. Think it's standard quality. But from buying date still now I have been suffering it's function. Service center is worst.careless. I registered 4 times but it closed by center, no one visit or repair. Still now I registered again and again.

Elegant fan sightly lower on speed.
Installed the fan. It has come with all the accessories including PVC electrical wire, well terminated. The performance is below par with lower RPM than standard non BLDC fan. Otherwise look wise, great finish and elegantly design. It was geartly satisfying to operate with regulator, no nuisamce of searching for remote. Fully compatible with existing fan regulator.Team pl work on to boost its full speed (RPM ) to that of conventional motar fan.

New fan is not working within 7 days, very strange & annoying.
Its really strange that brand new fan is installed, it works for 3/4 days & thereafter it gives starting trouble.When you switch it on, it tries to rotate, starts &stops makes a bit of noise but can not rotate as usual & gives up trying after 30/40 seconds.This happens at different positions of regulator. Then you try manually to run the fan for few rotations & then while manually running you switch on the fan it starts.It is not able to provide initial torque it needs to start rolling.

Good quality and also looking is good.

Low airflow compared to regular fans
Nice looks but main function as a fan is compromised. Reduced airflow compared to a normal fan and poor customer service response asking to manage with the existing air flow. Takes time to start as well. Returning the product.
