Easy to swallow, a must for supplements. Only been taking them for a week or so, so am unable to report on results.

I have been taking these a while, but I don't know if they are working or not I don't feel any different.

Efficient service

Loads of people supplement Vit D knowing it's very good for them but very few understand how it's metabolised by the body. It needs to cling to fats to get properly absorbed by the body, some supplements may suggest you take them with food, which could do it depending on the food, but many don't even both to tell people that. So many people will supplement Vit D without knowing their body is not making proper use of what's being put into their body. With the addition of the MCT Oil, that is already being taken care of. I always try to buy Vit D that contains MCT oil, this is great for the price and I'll keep buying it as long as it remains so!

Contains Borax (sodium tetraborate) banned for human consumption

I am quite happy with this supplement because it has balanced vitamins D and K2 in the one capsule and you're not left guessing the amount you need . It's easy to swallow and from a trusted UK brand . No flavour by the way so a I couldn't rate that.
