Good Piece of Kit
Lots of exercises explained in a good accompanying guide. Results are visible in the first month so it definitely works. The difficulty comes when one does not stick at it. The good thing is it does not take up much space and there is a useful set of increasingly stronger resistance springs. All in all it is a good home exercise tool, particularly if there is only limited space.

Build Muscle
There's a lot of ill-informed nonsense on the Web from people who have never used one, that you can't build muscle with a Bullworker, to which I and many other guys will say 'BS!'The interchangeable springs mean that you can make any exercise as challenging as you need and the top 2 springs really are challenging for most guys. The springs are very easy to change over. There are over 30 different exercises you can do with a bullworker, from the classic chest and shoulder presses, lat pulldowns, lat rows, leg press, reverse lunges, compound moves like deadlifts to isolation work on your biceps, triceps and calves. My personal favourite is a behind the head compression that focuses on the trapezius muscle with great results, my lower neck is beginning to look like Barney Rubble's. 🤣🤣It is straightforward to work the standard 3 or 4 sets of any exercise with either isometric static holds for strength, or isotonic 8 to 10 reps /muscle failure for hypertrophy, or both. The users manual is helpful but by no means the whole story, there is plenty of good stuff on YouTube as well. You'll certainly know you've had a workout afterwards! It can be very challenging if you want it to be.There is also a very helpful FB unofficial bullworker users group with plenty of experienced advice available.

Fantastic!
I've previously used an old brown handled version that was passed down to me that recently came to the end of its life, just as I was ready to get back into fitness again! As you'd expect, over time the spring inside did get weaker. This prompted me to get the Bow Classic as a replacement. The build quality on it is exceptional. It feels like a premium product, but it's not heavy or cumbersome to use.One of the things I really like about this version is the hand grips on the ropes which are easy to move up and down depending on what the exercises are. Also, the moulded red grips feel great and there's no worry that I'll end up losing my grip on it when I'm working out. It's also good to see that it comes with 5 springs. Even though I'm not at the stage yet to use the higher resistance springs, I was able to go about the process of dismantling the Bow Classic to see how easy it is to do. It's really straightforward, and there's no way you could accidentally do unclip the mechanism mid workout. The bag that it comes in as well is really high quality and the non slip pad is a nice touch for doing exercises that require the Bow Classic to be planted on the floor. In short, it's a pleasure to use, and after even a short workout, you do feel like you've been put through your paces.Lastly, the book that comes with it is really useful as well. It's a hand pocket size and it has full colour diagrams of the exercises that you can do with it. As an added touch, it's also available to download online (I can't post the link here but it's on the Bullworker website) free of charge which will be a big help for those that are travelling and want to do a workout but don't have the book to hand. All in all, a highly recommended piece of workout equipment that is going to see a lot of use over the coming years.

Correct training program is the key to gaining benefits
The least stiff spring offers very low resistance even for the novice. Otherwise all o.k.

A fantastic workout tool which is built to last.
I bought Bow Classic to complement my Bullworker Steel Bow. It’s results are likened to a barbell, whereas the Steel Bow a dumbbell. All Bullworker products are top quality and built to last many years. Used correctly and often you will see great results. The Bow Classic comes with a handy bag, a good workout booklet, and a useful anti-slip pad. You will find plenty of workout inspiration on their website and YouTube. At time of purchase this model came with 2 springs. Bullworker have since contacted me and posted out 2 additional springs free of charge, giving a complete range of resistance. I’m more than impressed with this. I highly recommend buying asmall solid stool to help with some exercises. (See Bullworker YouTube videos). For the price this is tremendous value to keep in shape. It takes up next to no space. Coupled with outstanding customer care, this Bullworker is worthy of all 5 stars.

WHO NEEDS THE GYM?
I am 53 years of age, a middle aged man...aches and pains from repetitive factory jobs, etc. I have been there and done it with the weights in my younger days....doesn't it take SO LONG TO WORK OUT WITH WEIGHTS? Life's too short!I had two bullworkers in my teens...I loved them! They made me strong. A couple of years ago, I purchased the steel bow, and shortly after, a birthday present...the CLASSIC.Recently, for my birthday, I was gifted the NEW classic...let me tell you something, this is an amazing update on the previous red and black handled version. It is SO SMOOTH in operation, SO BEAUTIFUL to hold, it just feels different...and in a good way.Who needs a gym membership? Wasting hours at a time. 5 or 10 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for example...that's all it takes.A tip...? Hold each rep for 2 seconds. But there's many ways to use the bullworker.I'll be using the Bullworker in my 80s! Is it worth purchasing this new version if you already have the old... ? YES! It's an evolution of a legendary product.
