It’s bigger than I expected, I had a 2 poacher that was smaller, but heavier. It will do the job, and is half the price.

Very pleased with this pan.Yes the steel cup holder gets marked but the pan does the eggs the way you like them.Plus not that expensive .

It either undercooks or overcooks eggs in the blink of an eye
I run a B&B and I wanted a small 2-egg poaching pan as my 4-egg pan took up too much room on my Aga when juggling everything at the 11th hour. This smaller pan is useless and it already has a dent in the bottom. But more importantly, it either overcooks the eggs to a hard yolk - or everything, including the white, is runny…. and the difference between the two is a nanosecond.Also the condensation from the lid ends up on top of the eggs. Perhaps I should have gone for a more expensive one.I strongly recommend you spent a few extra pennies and get a better pan.
