Measure your arm carefully. I thought I was just above the bottom of the M/L size but it was too large and slipped down. Didn’t want to return it cuz I’d returned a few other things recently. So I used a needle & thread to make it fit better. Then it was comfortable and stayed up even when mowing on uneven ground with lawn mower handle bouncing my arm around. Have already ordered the M.

I ordered an XL size, as I have large upper arms. I didn't realize the company also offered a 2XL size. The size I ordered fits me but is tight enough that it isn't something I can wear comfortably for long stretches of time. I will be ordering the next size up to accommodate my size. I am glad the company acknowledges the need for different sizes.

The product is a little irritating to the skin, but much better than the adhesive patches that are an alternative. My skin is also sensitive to many products with any kind of latex in them, so I think maybe the silicone that holds the armband on is irritating it, but not bad. It's wearable for long periods of time. This was a great alternative to cover my diabetic sensor and keep me from constantly knocking it into things and ripping the sensor off my arm. It also likes to slip down when I'm sleeping (yes, I sized it correctly) but I toss and turn a lot. Which is why I rated it a 4, not a 5. The bottom line, it's a little pricey for 1 band, but it's good quality and works well for me. I'd buy it again.

I really wanted to like this diabetes arm band, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I purchased the XL size for better coverage during workouts, and sleeping, but the fit was off—it felt too loose, I measured my arm properly before purchasing. It seems to possibly order a size smaller if you are close to the measurements listed. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t hold the insulin pod securely in place. During light exercise, the band kept shifting, and I was constantly worried about the pod getting pulled off. The material feels cheap and lacks breathability, which made it hot and sweaty, especially during longer use. Honestly, adhesive patches have done a better job for me so far. I appreciate the idea behind this product, but the execution just isn’t there. Hopefully future versions will improve on comfort and support.

Finally something that helps keep my daughter’s sensors on. We literally would go through a sensor every 2-3 days, sometimes less than a day. I was wrapping nexcare tape around her arm because it’s was waterproof and stretchy (wouldn’t cause pressure lows, flexed with her), though it usually did the trick and helped them last a few days as opposed to one, it isn’t as thick/wide so she could still scratch or bump it and it would dislodge from her arm. This band completely covers the entire patch and sensor and keeps it securely in place. FINALLY WE MADE IT 8 days with a sensor!!! Yay!!!!!! Daughter also have severe sensitive skin so ALL the over patches we have tried literally ate at her skin causing infections, which also made the sensors fall off since they can’t stick to peeling infected/pus covered skin :( … This band has completely upped our game and has made our journey and lives much more easier!! THANK YOU!!

I put this on after changing CGM and it keeps the CGM in place and eliminates the devices adhesive backing from wearing itself loose. saves my arm from getting eaten up by adhesives from other device covers.

Very tight fit on the arm without the insulin pump. It would be impossible to use with the pump. I was really excited to get this for my 4 year old because he is very active and sensitive to adhesives. I thought this would be great because it could keep his pod from getting caught on stuff and I could avoid large adhesive patches. The elastic is very strong on this product, so it doesn't seem suitable for long term/all day wear. I think whatever you measure your arm circumference to be, maybe add some extra length to your measurement?
