The ball is ok. It does not offer much resistance so it’s hard to say it could relieve stress or strengthen grip unless you have a very weak grip. On a side note, the customer service is excellent. They understood my disappointment with the ball and gave me a refund so it doesn’t hurt to try it out.

I suggest bright stripes on this item so that it does not get lost. I have used it to strengthen my writing hand and it works just as it should
