I’ve tried a few biotin gummies before, but these are by far my favorite. They have a sweet strawberry flavor that’s not overly sugary — just right. The size is medium, so they’re easy to chew and don’t feel sticky or heavy. I even took them on a trip, and despite the heat, they didn’t melt or stick together, which really surprised me. Bought these after destroying my toenail on a doorstop outside a chipotle 🪦 Read that it could take 18 months to regrow the nail and thought I’d try to hurry the process along a bit. I’ve taken these for about 2 months now and my nails are LONG and STRONG. Toenail still looks a bit gnarly so not sharing a pic, but it’s definitely making progress!! My fingernails are amazingly long though, I’m loving these gummies 💕
