Great LED lights for tv cabinrt or shelves.
These are great value. Can be split into muliple sections so are very versatile. I did have a small issue with one of yhe LEDs not working on blue but received a full refund. I ordered another two sets.

Gorgeous lights, excellent value for money with lots of different modes and colours
Love these lights. I have these going up my staircase. I love how they have Lots of different modes and colours to choose from on the remote supplied, also they have motion sensors which I love and they are very easy to install. I have went on to buy another 2 sets for my bedroom.

Nice but hard to connect to Bluetooth
These are nice but connecting them to the app is so confusing! I’ve had them for a while and still can’t control them through the app so I just leave it in one colour. They also switch off too quickly in my opinion.

For the price is great
Great product. Love the timer function as I’m using this for baby light over night and timer works great turns on at 19:45 with out fail and turns off at 6am everyday past few months. Effects are quite cool to like music mode. Only thing it’s missing is that you can use any of the modular lights be able to be first one

Good LEDs but poor adhesive.
Love that they can be linked up to suit your needs, great leds and easily controlled with the app. Adhesive on back of LED strips keeps unsticking to shelves though and have to constantly reapply. No adhesive on connectors either so had to use tape to stick them flat and hide then from view.

Last section of light strip does not turn off.
Last section of strip light does not turn off. Was going to use the strip light in remote sensor mode for bathroom trips during the night so don't need one section of the light strip permanently on when I get back into bed. Rather annoying. Will try and solve it or it goes back. Sending this back.Second one from same seller. Same problem each time..Lesson learned.

The LED lights flash in ALL settings except FULL on and Lowest setting. Luckily, I need the lights to be in the lowest setting. If you can use the lights at either the lowest or highest setting then I recommend them.

This is a strip of small COB LED lights spaced closely together with a adhesive tape backing. Includes an inline on/off switch with dimmer control and a USB type A plug for power. It is 2 meters long. There are many uses for an item like this, but the product info may be misleading. The product info states you can bend it around corners but you really can't - you can bend the tape part around corners but you can't bend it in a square or circle to go around a mirror, for example. Also, the pictures show a diffuse strip of light, but you can definitely see each individual LED, and they are quite blue - the yellow strip covers all of the LED's and contains some phosphor that is supposed to make the light more white, and it does a bit, but it does not diffuse the light from each LED. I wanted to use these around my computer monitor to light up my face for use with a web cam, but there are two problems - you can't put them in a square around the monitor, and the small LED's are too blinding, even with the lights dimmed down. A diffuse coating to smooth out the pinpoints of light would be helpful. The inline switch has 3 buttons - up, down, and on/off. If you press the up or down buttons, the brightness changes in steps. If you hold them, the brightness changes smoothly and you let them go when you have the desired brightness. When you press the on/off button, the lights go on or off, and when they go on, they return to the last setting - even if you unplug the USB power. The lights come with a USB type A power adapter but when I used it, when the lights were dimmed to any level, the flickered randomly. When they were at full brightness, there was no flicker. I tried a different USB power adapter, and a power bank, and the dimming function worked fine. The power adapter that came with the lights is just landfill at this point. The COB LED's are bright enough at their brightest setting, and with 640 of them close together, you do get a good amount of light out of this strip. It is too blue for my taste, but that gives the appearance of brighter light as our eyes are more sensitive to that color. These might make good emergency lighting - you could run them along a baseboard, or a fireplace mantel, and if the power goes out you can easily run them off of a USB battery power bank. They don't really create what I'd call an ambiance, but for emergency lighting, they would be good. You could also use them for back lighting or up lighting a wall, but I think it would be best to keep the COB LED's out of direct view and let them illuminate the wall indirectly. PROS: 2 meters of small COB LED lights close togehter Good brightness Smart controller remembers last brightness, even when power is removed Good length power cord Easy to power with a USB power supply or battery pack Best to be used as indirect illumination CONS: COB LED's are not diffused, looking directly at them is not good Tape cannot be bent around a square or circular object like a mirror Included USB A power adapter is junk - will not allow the strip to be dimmed properly

Our home has a bit of an odd construction in that it's a log cabin kit, with a loft area that opens into a "great room". Everyone raves about the appearance, but there is a problem, in that the back room - which just happens to be where I run my Evil Empire out of - has a low ceiling, with only one window on the West side. Which makes it dark even on bright Sunshiny Days. These LED lights looked like a good solution. They were fairly easy to install, run off of a USB 5V power source, and really made a difference in lighting up the wardrobe area. But there are a few things you should be aware of if you plan on purchasing them. 1) The cord is a bit short, particularly if you want, or need, to install these more that a few feet from an AC outlet. I solved this problem by using a USB A Male to USB A Female extension cord. You could also use a standard AC extension for this purpose. 2) The adhesive backing on the Led strip is two-sided 3M, and if you aren't careful, you will pull the stickum completely off of the LED strip. I know - I did. And re=broke a nail for my troubles. 3) If you plan on keeping the lights on the brightest setting, no problem. It's plenty bright, see photo with this review. The issue will be in using the dimmer. It will work, but you will re-create the '60s with a strobe effect. Not a problem with me - if I want to dim them, I will just cue up "In-a-Gadda-Da-Vidda" by Iron Butterfly. Turn on - Tune In - And Drop Out! OVERALL - Good lights to brighten a dark corner. The dimmer will cause them to "strobe", though.

This light strip works really well, as long as you aren't trying to use it with the included power adapter (the part that plugs into the wall). That power adapter will not work with these lights and will cause them to flicker a lot at almost every setting. I don't know why they even included that power adapter in the packaging. Once you attach a different power adapter, the flickering goes away and the lights are steady. There is an attached dimmer control switch that allows you to cycle through the different brightness settings. The highest settings are pretty bright (bright enough that you might not need to have any other lights on) and then the light backs off a little at a time until the lowest setting, which is still brighter than I expected it to be. The back of the strip lights has an adhesive that sticks very well. I have no worries about the light strip coming unattached from where we hung it. We attached these lights to the underside of my son's bed. We use the under-bed area for storage and these lights make it easy to see everything under the bed. My son also likes to keep them on the lowest setting at night, because then it's not totally dark under the bed when he gets up in the night, and that makes him more comfortable.
