This traditional tea service is stunning and perfect for that special afternoon tea or as a gift for a person who likes the traditional things in life.The design is both colourful and elegant and printed on to the tea service without any faults. The service arrived in a large cardboard box with the contents very securely and safely packaged in layers and moulds of expanded polystyrene. The tea service is made from new bone china and a description of the difference between new bone chine and fine bone china is given in the After Sales service leaflet that is included in the set.In addition to the cups, saucers, milk jug, sugar bowl and lid, teapot and lid there are also six teaspoons included.None of the ​items have a huge capacity but they are just right for an occasion when you want to return to the elegance of a by-gone age. I can easily visualise the residents of Downton Abbey using this service for their afternoon tea. Or (far preferable to myself) sitting in the St. Mary Mead afternoon sunshine entertaining Miss Marple.Love the set and although I could see some people simply putting the tea service on display, I believe it would be a shame not to use this on a regular basis.

This is a beautiful tea service which has everything you need for a nice afternoon tea session. The design is lovely and it came well packaged. I love the pattern, every piece is finished well. It reminds me of my nan old bone china set she had. My only gripe was how small the cups were, they were a lot smaller than I would imagine a standard cup and saucer would be. Apart from that a nice set.

It contains a tea pot, milk jug, sugar bowl, 6 cups, 6 saucers and 6 spoons, the tea pot and sugar bowls both have lids. They are very well made; each piece has a beautiful pink flower design with gold colour rims and the two lids are topped off with gold-coloured handles. The spoons are plain but still made from the same material which is Ivory China.This set is ideal as a present, will look good in a glass kitchen cabinet to bring out for a special occasion or just when you fancy a ‘posh’ tea.Just have the vacuum on standby when you unpack it, the polystyrene bits go everywhere. 😆

It arrived in perfect condition. This serves 6 people . There is a teapot, milk jug ,sugar bowl with lid, teacups and teaspoons . The design is very pretty and looks elegant set out for afternoon tea. It's a good quality teaset , no chips or imperfections. This is a lovely gift idea or for personal use. Addsa touch of elegance to your gatherings and sets the scene if you're planning afternoon tea for your guests. I can't wait to use it.

Exquisite Tea Service with fine pattern design. Appealing to look at, very elegant. The cups are dainty with intricate handles. Teapot is a good size, as are the sugar and milk pots. The spoons let it down they look like small soup spoons from a Chinese restaurant. They do not look like part of the set. Hence 4*. The porcelain has a plastic feel to it. Afternoon tea is all the rage now. The set is adequate to impress friends. It is good value if your on a tight budget.

I have ordered a few teas sets lately and sent them all back due to poor quality. This tea set is the best one that I have ever received that was shipped to me. Das Teeservices ist wirklich sehr schön. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass die durch die Lieferung beschädigten Tasse und Teller ohne besonderen Aufwand vom Lieferanten ersetzt wurden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Fanquare bestellen. Das ist Kundenservcie wie er sein sollte .
