This is my second pan from the brand, also own a huge 10 qt soup pan. Excellent quality. Heavy, even heating, non-stick, easy to clean, very large cooking surface for a variety of dishes cooked for at four+ people. Browns well when used on medium flame or electric stove. Oven and dishwasher-safe. Metal utensils could be used if desired. Has a nice tempered glass lid.It is a very quality pan that lasts; its price tag is quite justified. A pleasure to use.

An absolutely amazing product. It looks great, very shiny inside and outside. The glass top is so clear and easy to see through at every stage of cooking. Nothing sticks to this pot. You can burn something and it wipes right out of it. No sticking at all. This is the most even cooking pot that I have ever used. Me and my family and some of my friends agree that food tastes better just by being cooked in this pot. It has to be because of the even distribution of heat, which leads to all of the food being cooked equally. I have not experienced any hot spots, warps, etc. Top of the stove, the oven, it can be put anywhere and it does not damage the pot in any way. It is very durable and it can take a lot of heat. The handles make it so easy to pick the pot up and have total control of it. This is my first hexclad, and I am amazed. I will continue buying pieces as I am able to do so, until I have everything that I want. It is an expensive pot, but it is sooo worth every penny. I will be asking Santa for a few pieces when it is time for me to do so, and hopefully he is able to deliver some to me. I am having fun cooking, which my family is loving. Seriously, this product is all good! I can't think of anything negative to say about it. Once you own any hexclad cookware you will know what I mean.

I love, love these pans, I only have 2 of them due to the cost, but will continue to buy them over time 1 pan/lid at a time. They are lightweight cook beautifully on my gas stove and in the oven. Food just doesn’t stick. I can wash them easily by hand, have never had to scrub, just wash with a sponge, very warm water and dish detergent. But they come out of the dishwasher looking beautiful. The handles stay cool and continue to stay strong. I think anyone owning them would agree they are THE pans to own.

This pan is wonderful. It heats very quickly, it’s easy to clean, and does a great job. A bit pricy, but so far it has been well with the price.

Love this. It’s durable, versatile, and will undoubtedly save me a lot of time, money and space in the long run. I have three teens and need to be able to cook large meals. My younger two are just starting to venture into cooking when I’m at work. I spent a lot of money on the Always Pan a few years ago, it lost its non stick coating in less than a month of use. I have purchased a few cheaper non sticks in the meantime while my teens were practicing their egg cooking skills among other things. They all were ruined in the process. So I bit the bullet and invested in my first two Hexclad items. I bought this and a large skillet. I love that this can be used in a multitude of ways including in place of a Dutch oven. I’ve used it at least a dozen times since my purchase and it hasn’t lost its luster one bit. It heats evenly, it’s comfortable to maneuver even though it’s quite large, the lid fits perfectly, is easy to store, the material is durable and is easy to clean. I can trust it can withstand my twins cooking ventures, as it has thus far, when other utensils have failed.

This is the best pan I've ever owned. I use it for everything. The size means I can now cook properly enough food for 4-5 people. It's amazing quality, cooks perfectly, works on all stove types, and cleans easily.

I am adding pieces of hex clad as I can. This is absolutely the best cook ware that I have ever used. Four years ago, my sweet cousin gifted me with the 12 inch frying pan. I have used it everyday since then and I love it. Nothing sticks, it doesn't scratch and the clean up is a breeze. I use the spray bottle Dawn and all I do is spray it, rinse and dry. No need really to put it in the dishwasher.Yes, it is expensive but, piece by piece I will own it. I bought the whole set of Calphalon and am retiring it. Follow me as I continue to build my Hex Clad set.

The HexClad pan looks very good and easy to handle. The quality and durability is outstanding. The pan also gives you the cooking ability to cook on the stove or in the oven. The coating is easy to clean. The side handles are more easily manageable than one pan handle for ease of putting in the oven and moving around on the stove top.
