They work very well for budget jobs.

These are great cable management blocks for organizing your patch cabling in data racks. They are deep well 3", so you can have plenty of patch cable spooling slack tucked away (for those of us that sometimes have to use longer than necessary patch cables).***Be advised that you will need 3.5" clearance between the rack rail and the door if you are using a door panel***

All new devices (servers/switches) that need rails have build in support for the rack mount, so no screws or nuts are required to mount the equipment. This cable management still requires nuts and screws. It is not a big obstacle, but it would be a bit quicker and easier to mount if build in support for rock mount were part of the rack-mount. I understand they do not require rails, but it seems like easy engineering or thought process would solve the puzzle. Hopefully manufacturing would not be that much expensive. At the current price level this product it great and works as expected.
