Great project. Missing a piece
Not sure why it came in numbered bags because we had to use pieces from all 5 at different points. Missing one piece. Luckily we had extras. Other than that my 8 yo did it himself. Took about 3 hrs. Very nice looking finished and the case is really nice also.

Great case, not so great build.
I am a professional scale model builder/designer.I preface this point because I'm going to be honest about this product.I ordered this set more for the case than the actual build.I wanted to test these cases to see if they worked with LEGO speed champions builds.The case is a great fit for LEGO SC.I've heard/read great things about this company's builds.I am not a fan.Having to build some of the bricks themselves was probably for copywrite reasons, it to just bump up the amount of total bricks.These pieces fit very snuggly against the other piece.At first, I thought "This is great."Halfway through the build it started to be a bother.The entire rear end will not stay on, including the poorly designed rear wing.If you're used to building with authentic LEGO pieces, you're going to notice the awkward snap and fit of these bricks.I have never been so happy to just be done with a build.It was extremely frustrating.I'm the kind of person who has to make things work.I spent way too much time with this build and it wasn't at all satisfying.For the money, I will give this a three star review, only because the case is manufactured well enough to support the experiment.I will be buying many more of these cases ( lots of third party sellers offer them for a fair price.)I will not be purchasing anymore builds from this company.If the price was lower, I would give them a better review.But, for the price, it just wasn't worth the hassle.I hope this helps.Happy shopping!
