An excellent flavour. This is a herb mix which is very difficult to buy in a shop or supermarket so I was delighted to find it online.

There seems to be an endless supply of herbs in this tin, takes a while to notice any significant use. Very good flavours for French-style omelettes. The tin does a good job of keeping them dry and preserved.

Very nice - if just a touch heavy on the Chervil. If you like an omelette aux fines herbes - and I do - this is just about perfect. Just a pinch or two is all you need, so although the tin's not huge, it should last a while. Using it to boost whatever fresh herbs you have will make it last even longer. Would certainly buy again.

for some reason my local supermarkets have stopped selling Fines Herbes so I found this useful but not really cheap as they used to be

Only used once so far but added a real zing to a basic omelette. Good value.

I ended up getting a number of different packs from them and have no hesitation in recommending them. The rubs are a a useful addition to the cooks arsenal and have worked really well with pork, chicken and lamb so far! 5 out of 5.
