I’m happy with these cups! My sister introduced me to cupping…we both get regular massages and she tried someone different who used this on her. She said that five minutes with cupping is like thirty minutes of regular massage! It pulls the muscles up vs being pushed down or out like traditional with massage. You can use these on each other, or on yourself. Sister and I haven’t had the chance to try this set on each other, but other sets really felt nice! I did self-cupping in the shower using this set. I used the small on my face with facewash on me and the suctioned and slid nicely. I used the other cups on my neck, shoulders and higher back with conditioner and I also tried bodywash and they also worked nicely! I was fighting a headache when I was using these…I was really surprised at how much it helped my face to start, and I also loosened up my shoulders and a sore spot. I’m not going to argue with results! The cups are made well and feel like others I’ve used. They do not smell. I like that these come in a bag for easy and clean storage. The did arrive in a plastic cellophane bag, so if you’re going to gift this you may just put them in the bag they come with and give it that way. Overall I’m pleased!

Awful. I received the package with only the bag for the cups and no cups. I need a refund because the product did not arrive in the package.
