Have ordered this twice and I really like the texture, cooling feel and refreshing effect I get from this. HOWEVER, the second time I ordered this, the box was unsealed at the bottom. This leads me to believe either someone opened it and returned it and it was resold to me or someone was trying to be sneaky (esp. since it was the bottom of the box) and skim some of the product off without paying for it. Either way, I saw another reviewer mention this as well, so be aware it could happen to you. Very unhappy since I will absolutely not be using the opened product - am not even going to be returning this since I feel like someone else might get this product. You should NOT have to eat $30 because of this type of thing.

I will definitely reorder

I used this product for puffiness under my eyes. I am very pleased with the results. I am a Shiseido fan :)

While the gel felt soothing, it didn't reduce dark circles and puffiness. I wouldn't recommend.

It's nice and smooth but can't put concealer over it because it makes like eraser shavings on the skin. I found it more drying than hydrating.
