EDIT—- Take with caution! I have since discovered I developed an allergic reaction to this after taking for a month. I had flu like symptoms, fevers, messed up blood counts, bone pain, tight chest and throat and just intense pain every day I took this. I just thought I was battling a virus. 3 trips to the dr and ct scans and X-rays showed nothing. I eliminated this supplement and all disappeared. You may not have this reaction but just be mindful of how it makes you feel. I felt great the 1st couple of weeks. This supplement stopped my hot flashes on day 4! I have had hot flashes on and off for the past 4/5 years and just learned to deal with them as they would fluctuate in intensity and occurrence. I was having another episode, (which mine would last about 4 months and then go away entirely for about 2 to 3 months only to return again), when I decided to try something to see if anything would help. Well, these do! On day 4, I noticed I didn't feel flush or sweat for that day. Hmmmmm....Happy to say that I haven't had a single hot flash since and it's been about 2 weeks now. I will continue to take these and maybe even alternate to every other day to test. Don't hesitate to buy these! My hot flashes were intense soaks and these helped me. I can even wear pajama pants to bed now! LOL.

I was skeptical taking this, because I thought it was just a sham. I have really bad cystic acne, as I entered my 40's, I also experience the weight gain, and mood swings. I was determined to find a real solution to help me. I have been doing everything the same way, low calorie intake, walking regularly, some exercise. still the weight gain was getting out of hand. I was getting a facial monthly to help me with breakouts, but to no avail. The young lady who did my facials told to try Bio-identical hormone therapy. the thought of getting shots in my butt didn't appeal to me. So I did my research and found this for me a "wonder supplement" I have to admit that I did experience some really bad headaches for the first few days. At first to prevent the headaches, I would alternate days, but, of course I wasn't seeing the benefits until I started taking it every day. To help me with the headaches, which I have to say are really bad, I took some excedrin migraines as soon as I feel them coming on and that helped tremendously!!! On to the benefits: those ugly cystic acne, gone, mood swings, gone, PMS, gone, and I am sleeping a lot better at nights. It's like I don't experience them any longer. My face has never looked better. I am now going out w/out make-up. Believe me, it you're in your 40's, do your research and try this supplement. I just told my sister and a few colleagues and they are all taking it. I am not a spokesperson for this company, neither am I a MD. I am an ordinary person like you with no gain whatsoever. But, I am a believer in this product!

Well, I am a little conflicted when it comes to this product. I would give it five stars, but it seems to be giving me horrible gas and bloating- to the point that it's terribly painful at times. But it has done wonders for my skin, my sex drive, regulating my monthly cycle and my hormonal balance as a whole. I used Estrogen Block (another popular DIM supplement- the regular kind, not the extra strength one,) for about a month and noticed a difference in all of the same key areas, however I had to take about three times the suggested amount and didn't notice as much of a difference as I have observed with this brand of DIM. And I only take one or two of these ones a day. My skin has completely cleared up after only two weeks of taking this brand and all the other positive effects have also remained and even improved a little bit. I've tried taking this with larger meals, smaller meals, lots of water, small amounts of water, with other supplements, by itself, - I've tried everything. The gas and bloating will not improve. Has anyone else experienced this??? What can I do about it? I'm assuming the extra cruciferous vegetables that have been added must have to do with it? I know they're known to cause gas... Anyway, I forgot to take some before photos but here is an after photo. I am only wearing a mildly tinted moisturizer and a little blush in this picture and no concealer at all. (Well, and eye makeup, but in terms of skin clarity, my point is to show that I don't need foundation and concealer anymore. I think it has even improved the bags under my eyes!). I did not do any editing on these photos either. Before I started taking DIM my skin was blotchy and uneven and I had a lot of hormonal acne around my chin and a few bad ones on my forehead as well. I am 29 years old and recently quit taking the birth control pill because I couldn't stand the bad side effects anymore. It took 7 months to have a period after going off of the pill and within a month of beginning the DIM (along with a cup or two a day of "women's moon cycle" tea,) my period came back. After two months of taking it, I've now had two fully regular cycles! My hair also used to fall out in the shower in fairly large amounts, as well as when I would add styling products to it or run my fingers through it and I no longer lose any hair at all hardly. I only wish the gas and bloating wasn't such an issue...

So, I'm an overweight 49 year old & peri-menopausal, and I've struggled with extreme fatigue ever since my second child was born. I've tried almost everything to get my life back for almost 14 years. Along came this DIM supplement, and I've seen near-miraculous results. In just a few days, I completely stopped having hot flashes, my skin was clearing up, my appetite and cravings were noticeably less. And then, my energy started to return, to the point that I feel like my pre-baby self again. I know this is real, because I ran out of DIM while traveling, and after about a week, my skin is getting worse, my hot flashes have returned & my stupid cravings are back. Got to order more NOW!!! I only wish I had tried this supplement years ago!

There is so many products on the market too choose from! I really had no idea which one to pick. I purchased this one due to lots of good reviews, and good price, and I'm very happy I have. Lately I've been struggling with unexplainable feeling of sadness and luck of motivation, which i believe is due to being in premenopasal age (im 47) and hormonal disbalance, so I was looking for some supplements to help me. Once i start this product by the end of first week i felt more myself, my "sad" mood dramatically improved. I've been only taking it gor two weeks, so far im very happy I gave a try. I rearly write reviews. I really hope it helps someone else as well!

Finished the bottle and used it with a change of diet and I feel better thru the night . I had no ill effects .

I just finished the second month and here is the results. I initially ordered this medicine to control my cystic acne despite being 37 and worrying for this issue for more than 20 years. In this case I still see no miracles, but maybe there are very mild results, still not sure. One very strange result and that is the appearance of PMS symptoms. I never had such symptoms ever in my life and this is the second month that I am having fever, body pain, pain in my back and belly and fatigue. I was so worried specially due to the corona crisis these days and it puts me under such a stressful situation to imagine of being infected, but suddenly it came to my mind that this might be the result of taking this new tablet. I hope that is the reason, shall wait and see next month symptoms again. I can tolerate anything but just have a no-acne face, even severe PMS pains are very welcome, but still no such results... will update again next month hopefully! If anybody experiences the same PMS related symptoms, plz share it with me?

Luv this product. It really helps with the hot flashes. When using this there is fewer of them that i have daily and not as intense

I am perimenopausal, I seem to only gain weight and can’t lose weight. I tried everything to lose some weight for months and couldn’t lose a pound. After taking these for about 3 weeks I was able to drop 3 lbs, nothing more tho. I’ve had extremely itchy nipples for a few years. Doc sent me for mammograms and gave me a prescription cream: they find nothing and cream only works for a couple of days. Recently I noticed the itch is completely gone. It had to be from these pills. I’ve taken these for about 3 months and I’m going to take a break from them for a bit because I am having about 5 bowel movements a day (as if the last 2-3 weeks) and that’s a lot. I’ve been getting extreme poop pains quite often, sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night.
