my order was for two bottles pack.i have received only one bottle .so the second one (part of the ordered) need to be fulfilled.

Bought this to improve my hdl and lower ldl. Been using for 5 days. Too early to assess hdl/ldl, but I'm definitely feeling the flush upon taking 500mg. First 3 days i took it once a day (upon waking). Next 2 I've taken a 2nd dose 2 hrs after lunch. Plan is to take 3*500mg daily, once I get the TMG delivered. Will update hdl/ldl effects after 1-2 months . (Lifestyle good - daily workout, 20% bodyfat atm, never smoked, never drank alcohol, very little junk food, 10 whole eggs a day, plus 1-2 meals < been so for last 6-8 months )

The product is labelled “with flush,” meaning it’s “normal”—not flush-free—niacin. And if this product is supposed to be normal niacin, it’s not niacin at all. I’ve taken normal niacin hundreds of times (I stopped a few years ago) so I know what the flush feels like: The entire head and neck—sometimes even the chest—turn red, and it stings your cheeks and your inner and outer ears for a good five minutes. This gradually subsides and the flush gone after perhaps 10 minutes. My sister has had the exact same experience; search “niacin flush.” —> I took a capsule of this and there was zero flush; my conclusion is that it’s *not* niacin. [That’s why it’s so cheap, I’m guessing.]

It gives good flush for an hour . Which makes it genuine.Took only one capsule a day. Surprised to see LDL dropped from 160 to 124! 😊

Flush is great, because it proves you have taken the real stuff. Go for the flush if you want to know for sure you get the right thing and not chalk!! It is also good for the skin, Itchiness should not be a big issue, because you can scratch without fear. The skin gets red but does not become fragile or actually irritated, so no problem to scratch. And it is not as strong or long lasting to harm oneself by scratching. And some might even like it ;D
