Generous size for a cheap price. Great for teeth whitening, (way better than bogus items made by toothpaste companies). The first time I bought activated charcoal it was a jar about a quarter this size and twice the price. That lasted me about 5 years for just brushing. It's also great for extracting toxins from the skin by mixing with water, and also putting in capsules to help clean out your system. Very useful right now with all of the heavy metal nanoparticles and micro plastics in our food, water and air.
