Superb noise reduction even for snores.
Really great quality with superb adjustment ability. You just pull down on the ear muffs and fit comfortably on your ears. They give amazing ear protection and are nice and light weight. I use mine for sleeping as my husband snores. They give amazing noise reduction and are brilliant value for money.

Effective noise reduction
These work great, I use them whilst operating woodwork machinery. My daughter likes to wear them to firework displays. They effectively reduce noise to comfortable and safe levels. They are comfortable and fit age age 9+ to adult.

optime II are better for noise reduction but these are thinner so can sleep with them in

Noticeable improvement..
Already owned a pair of non branded ear defenders but suspected not up to par, using the 3M pair made this evident with a much improved noise reduction.Would recommend.

Great… shame about lack of colours
Really great slimline ear protectors, perfect for drowning out noise. Room inside the cups if you want to wear earphones at the same time (I don’t like active noise cancelling headphones, and haven’t yet found a passive noise cancelling set which offers this level of db blockage). Shame they only come in yellow, but I’m just eccentric enough to pull of bright yellow in the office

Not as good as expected
Honestly, I just bought these as I needed some ear defenders quickly and 3M seemed like a brand that wouldn't make a bad set.I found them extremely uncomfortable and considerably worse than a family member's set from a pound store.I wrongly assumed they were adjustable (my fault for assuming) and so I can't get a decent fit.
