How could I forget that awful taste? Go for powdered peanut butter instead.
What’s the saying, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me? Well, I had one of the Walden calorie free peanut spreads many years ago, somehow looking back I’d forgotten how inedible it is. Truly, truly inedible. How could I forget the taste?! Vegetable extract with a semi-sweet chemical taste and a texture somewhere between a mouse and a jelly. Memories of trying to freeze it to improve the taste and eating as “ice cream” last time came flooding back. Yet to try that this time, but for now everyone who has tasted it in the household can’t help but pull a face of disgust when it hits their tongue. We thought to use it in cooking, but quite frankly I don’t want to ruin anything else. I mean this is my first negative review on Amazon, so that tells you something...If you crave peanut butter, search on here for the reduced fat peanut butter powders, Amazon have loads of decent brands. You just add water, or mix with fat free yogurt, and it’s generally 80-90% less fat than peanut butter (the fat is removed in the process). Definitely worth the extra calories to have real peanut and, you know, enjoy what you are putting in your mouth.

it's absolutely disgusting, inedible in fact
I really wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this, it's absolutely disgusting, inedible in fact. I've had to just throw it away. It tastes absolutely terrible and has a bizarre, slimy consistency. If you're looking for a peanut butter alternative, don't pick this one - you're better off with PB2 or some other low-cal peanut better powder. I like some of Walden's products (pancake syrup is pretty tasty), but this spread is just...vile.

Inedible
I very rarely leave negative reviews but I feel I have to. This product is disgusting. It tastes awful and pretty much entirely of salt. I even tried to incorporate it into a pancake mix so as not to waste the money I spent on it, but it made the normally delicious pancakes inedible and they had to be binned. I asked two other people to taste it and they agreed with me. The only good thing I can say about the product is that it was delivered promptly and packaged well.

Yuk..., nothing else I could say, if it's too good to be true then it's usually not true.

URGENT REVIEW!!!
It's literally disgusting!!! It's an unbeatable jelly more than a healthy peanut butter. It tastes really bad and the top cover was slightly broken. I highly DON'T recommend buying it and I didn't even get a refund for it. And I think its content is expired bcuz of how really bad it tastes!! DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED AND SO DISAPPOINTED

c**p!
well, well, to think that I was so lucky and proud myself for having found an alternative to Jif peanut but how wrong I was...no animal on earth would eat that.....Never again......this product should be taken off the UK amazon for forever cuz it's very expensive and the only way is to open the jar but the the seller won't refund atll, so take it off the Amazon listing for crying out loud....
