Black was completely empty
Black ink was completely empty. Sucks because it was over 300 dollars to get an empty cartridge of black ink. Not happy at all

The paper is not good for ceramic mugs
The Ink is fabulous but the paper is awful. The sublimation came out very light and poor color on the mug. I reprinted on better paper to test if it was paper, ink or machine. The paper was the problem. I wish there was a way to just return the paper. I will get the ink separately from now on. I compared it to A-SUB brand paper. Hands down, A-SUB is better. And yes, I printed on the correct side of the paper.
