Doesn’t move
Even 50 mile an hour wind gusts didn’t make this work. It is very flimsy and I suspect unless you can bend it just right it is never going to work. You get what you pay for here. I will invest in the real thing.

Need very strong wind to move it
It looks good. However it need 20 - 30+ mph wind to move it. Otherwise, it is exactly as described.I would be 100% satisfied if it moved in a more gentle wind

Really a cool look online but honestly it is very cheaply made and doesn’t move in the wind

Shiny, pretty bauble for your yard!
This took a little while to get to me, but overall not bad. This was incredibly easy to assemble taking me about 5 minutes if that. It's fun to look at in the garden when the breeze catches it and sets it in motion! Great for gardening fans, fans of perpetual motion devices ir if you just want to liven up any spot 10/10!

Does Not Work unless you are in a tornado storm. no joke almost.
Takes a very very continually blowing strong wind to hit it just right and continue to blow on it for it to move some. Must be continuous strong wind for 5 minutes minimum. Must live in a constant tornado like weather to move it. Bad, dishonest, yes dishonest product. Do NOT BUY This. Save you the hassle; you are welcome. Dishonest advertising. and videos. You need a constantly blowing very very strong wind for this to start to move and kinda keep moving at times. People saying it works, need to upload a video with sound and state their weather conditions and how long it does move. Dishonest product, untrue reviews.

Cheap
I ordered this for my wife and when we received it it was bent up in several places. I bent the parts back in place and placed it in the yard. It was windy out so I was expecting it to start to spin no luck. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money.

Not for outdoor.
I regret this purchase. I love the design of this metal windmill, very beautiful. I placed it in my front yard, I can see rusted spots everywhere after less than a week. I am not sure how is that going to affect the movement of the windmill but I am sure it will not get better. The item is not worth the money.1 month later update: This item is completely useless. It does not spin at all because of the rust. Might as well throw money into trash can.
