Great value, easy to fit and very, very substantial with metal trap cover.This was bought to replace a shower trap installed by a Numpty using the wrong washer/seals and a shed load of silicone.The Viva trap is really well made and so easy to install, the kit includes a tool to tighten the upper section to the trap and compresses the lower washer to make the waterproof seal.Ordered by 4 pm delivered next day by 1pm installed within an hour. Real value for money compared with expensive alternatives.

Replaced the one that came with our shower. The rubber seal on the old one perished and so it didn’t seal properly and we had a stale smell in the shower. This is cheap but does the job perfectly. Nice solid seal and feels more robust than the one it replaced. It comes with an extra enigmatic plastic piece, which I eventually figured out is a tool to screw the insert into place - so don’t throw it away!

We had bought 3 different versions of this from screwfix and still couldn't find the right one until we came across this! It fits perfectly and was such a great price in comparison to most building stores! Recommend!

Had in for around a year, frequently does not drain away that quick. Better ones on the market. Have to fiddle around for it to drain away correctly.

Arrived a day early and for the price you really cannot argue. You'd pay at least an extra tenner for this at Homebase/B&Q, I am sure. Not sure how long lasting the provided big seal will be, but that's not a fault with this product whatsoever, standard issue with all these type items.

This went in easy enough because, like other traps, it's easy to fit. A bad point is that the washer is too thick so can stand proud and therefore won't allow the water to flow down the hole. It'll leave standing water in your shower tray because of this.
