Works fine w/ some tweaks
It works perfectly with my Gree air conditioner. I have a few minor issues with it though, it sometimes it's a little slow to respond and the instructions were a little confusing at first. overall i'd say this is easy to use, and priced right

The first unit I received did not work. Sent a complaint to vendor and unit was replaced in a day. New unit works.

Worthless dummy remote
I ordered this item from the hundreds of others available on Amazon based on the reviews. What I received was a remote that very closely resembled our original Gree mini-split AC remote. However, the only function it performed was to change our unit display to Celsius. We actually prefer Fahrenheit so this makes it even worse. The remote does NOTHING ELSE. It doesn't change the temperature, fan speed, swing, mode, etc. It does NOTHING ELSE. It doesn't even turn the unit off. I'd originally purchased the replacement remote because our original was dropped by the dog and the display screen was cracked. Our AC unit was and is currently functioning at the same temp and speed as before the original remote was broken, so this remote has been no help at all to control any changes we wish to make to the room temp. It seems that we've been sold a handheld display with no actual functioning control ability. So disappointed. I'm going to try and return this unit and try another brand.
