It,s smaller than you think and looks good
Haven't had a chance to check swr level yet but i will update.

Good as a swr reducer on 10m.
Weather it has groundplane properties remains unknown but it certainly has brought my swr down from 1:4 to 1:1 on my pole mounted 7 foot firestik.
