A great item that breaks down into wrist and ancle weights so there are lots of variations of weight. Probably more suitable for a man as it doesn't fit brilliantly on me but is more than useable. A good weighted vest to extend your fitness. I haven't tried running in it yet but it was OK for the indoor sessions I have done.

Atrocious craftsmanship here.........as soon as I put this thing on it was tearing apart, one of the Velcro straps broke from the shoulder line and I couldn't run with it properly. It's only saving grace might have been the removable weights but they soon also started to tear and leak beads so I would suggest that you take a look at titan weighted clothing.

Fits great been wearing it going for runs 🏃‍♂️ And at football ⚽️ training.

Concept is good but after three uses with one of my clients the sand bags ripped spilling all over the gym floor, if it was made better it would be worth it but unfortunately I wouldn't buy it again

The head, neck, torso and arms are from different people, you can tell quite easily from the tensed arms.
