I buy this product regularly in Winter as it is easy to use. I keep it handy by the dining table and just have one spray after dinner. I also tastes OK.

My kids love this. No problems with compliance. Spray liquid is colourless and no mess after each spray - spray mechanism works well, unlike some other vitamin spray I've tried. Son was bloodtested to be very deficient in vit D before and was prescribed high dose vit D to up his levels. After that, we used this to maintain his vit D levels. Recently bloodtested again and his vit D levels are now normal, so this seems to have done the job.

A great tasting vegan Vitamin D3 with the all important cofactor K2. For maximum absorption, I spray it under the tongue to avoid swallowing too much and so that as much as possible enters the bloodstream. At 800iu per spray, the D3 is double the minimum reference nutrient intake of 400iu / 10mcg without being too high to cause any issues. A really tasty apple flavour, I include 1 spray as part of my morning routine so that I get a dose each day. Have even bought extras for my family!

We bought for our sun who needs more iron and this is the most natural pure product that we could find. It is an easy to use spray and has a slight hint of apple taste. Our son is happy to use everyday.

Had it not been for the fact that my husband has been in extremely poor health for almost a year, having had to deal with three surgeries, sepsis (twice), c.diff., a chest infection leading to a collapsed lung and a couple of other more minor problems, and I am now trying to build him up and improve his overall health and strength, I would not be buying this expensive product. BUT, he likes the flavour and it is so easy to take, being a spray, that I have now invested in a second lot of Vit D3 + K2. I am also buying other sprays as they are so quick and easy to administer, but none of these others is as expensive as this one. I am obviously giving him a healthy diet but hope that these supplements aid a speedy recovery - it is too soon to tell if they are effective or not, but I certainly hope so!

Great that it is paired with K2. Taste is lovely and the spray makes it easy for kids to take. It is on the expensive side but I don't think there are any rival products that deliver the same for cheaper.

Vegan vitamins that taste nice. Good value as it last very long. Extremely easy to take.
