Save your money
I bought these with the hope that blocking blue light would help with circadian rhythm and sleep. They didnt help in the slightest. Maybe the theory about blue blocking is flawed, but you dont want these glasses anyway.The arms are extremely hard to open and close. I had to hold the frame to keep it from bending when opening the arms in order to prevent the bridge from snapping because the hinges are so tight. And they dont loosen up with repeated opening and closing.They dont interfere with vision. That is a plus, its just that they seem be of no value.
