I bought this to use as a massage ball. This was recommended to me by my osteopath. It's perfect. Good quality, fast delivery and well priced. Try it - stand straight next to a wall surface, placing the ball between your back/shoulders and the wall. Use pressure to hold the ball up. Move around in circular motions to work out muscle knots. Fantastic!

These hockey balls are impossible for my Labrador to chew, which is brilliant, would recommend
