Super cute but application issues
Looks great with a colour underneath. It's difficult to apply, though. Sometimes when I'd pull out the brush, there would be no confetti on it. I put 2 coats and had to manipulate it to get the results I wanted. It is super cute!!

Not enough polka dots in also extremely hard to remove from fingernails if there is not a coat of polish underneath, had to file them off because nail polish remover wasn't working.

It’s a nice fall or spring topper
I used a sponge to apply and scooped out the blue chucksI think it would be incredible over white or black. Very an color combo.

Not very nice.
It's pretty bad. Like the other reviewers stated it's near impossible to control or place the confetti in a pleasing manner, it ends up clumped at one part of your nail or none at all. I guess you could fish out the confetti with something and place it that way, but then what's the point in a brush? Once dry I found the confetti edges caught on everything and would peel off leaving spots on my nails where they'd been previously. Needs another top coat on top to seal them in. I super don't recommend this polish. :(
