Helps me tremendously with sleep, great value

I noticed today that my right knee is not complaining when I go up and down steps. Although boron was helping my knee, glycine seems to have helped my body keep the knee in better repair. I take this and magnesium 30 minutes before bed and within about 15 minutes of getting in bed Im very relaxed and get drowsy and fall asleep with no issues. I wake up without any weird medicine hangover feelings like some stuff can give me. I only take half the dose and that seems to work good. Best part is I stay asleep. I dont wake up for no reason after 3 or 4 hours of sleep.
