Lenovo Tab M10 HD (2nd Gen) 32GB 25.6cm (10.1") Mediatek 3GB Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) Android 10 Grey

Brought this from LaptopOutlet and after a couple of weeks of use it overheated during charging (using the supplied charger and cable). This caused the case to melt and the cable as well as the actual USB charging port. Contacted the seller and after a week of back and forths (including pictures of the damage) they agreed to receive it back. Fast forward 5 further weeks of pestering for a resolution, I'm simply told it was CID (customer induced damage) and that's that. No detail: just a quote for 100's of £ for repair or have it back. 6 weeks to say, 'it's your fault'. As I said product was fine whilst it worked, but the service was really bad and now I have no tablet and 6 weeks with my son without a tablet that was for his birthday.

The tablet didnt work at all when it arrived. Extremely disappointed. We asked for a refund. They requested photos of the item which we provided. They then approved the return. After we had returned it, they claimed it was physically damaged (which it absolutely was not when we shipped it.) They then said they could either refund us 50% or send us back the broken device. The whole thing has been a nightmare and sadly there is no end in sight.
