This stuff lasts longer than any other roofing repair I have tried.
I used this to repair my garage flat roof which had a few leaks due to expansion cracks and one or two burst bubbles in the old roofing felt. Up to now it has been leak free for well over a full year. A lot cheaper than new felt and so easy to do.

Goes on well and seems durable
Wanted a good coating for a flat roof. This goes on well and is durable, if removing dried product from tools is a guide.

Excellent product, shame about the leaking tub upon delivery
For some reason it arrived in an amazon box layered in bubble wrap, which was dripping in the product upon opening. Somewhere it had obtained a significant hole in the bottom, which made using it very cumbersome indeed. Not best pleased, as wasted a lot of product.

To paint my wall garden before filling it it did take longer to dry but it was a bit cold that night very happy with result

Brilliant
This stuff is amazing. Brushes on beautifully. Builds up layers easily. Goes on chocolatey brown and dries black. Water just slides right off. Amazingly easy to use. Washes off hands and brush with warm soapy water so easily (while it’s still wet). Totally amazing stuff. Love it.
