Grossly over priced.
I am a gadget man. So anything like this appeals. It arrived on time, just (three hours before I was due to leave for a flight) but the tracking said it was failed to deliver the working day before, which was a blatant incorrect statement, as the office premises to which it was delivered have full time reception staff. As to the Case itself, it is basically a cabin baggage sized flight case, which you can buy for under £100 (top range) on Amazon (Samsonite). For the extra £250 you get a built in charging battery, a GPS and Bluetooth connectability. What you don't get is any but the simplest fanciest guide to how to use it, To find out more you have to download the app, and this gives little more info. For example there is a keyhole on the top which clearly affords a key to do something (lock the case, presumably), but no key is provided, and the keyhole is not referred to in any of the info.I shall keep the item as it fitted in the EasyJet overhead compartment, but would I waste £350 on a case like this if I had known? No!No I know how they raised over $2million on Indiegogo, the crowd funding organisation that promotes it!

I love the suitcase and its functions
I love the suitcase and its functions. A little tricky to get accustomed to at first. My only niggle is the lack of space compared to same size cases. I mean the internal space. But overall a nice piece of kit. I travel all over the world and never had any issues with it as hand luggage.

Good idea, but still needs work
The main reason I got this case was for the GPS tracking, the other feature to me were a bonus. The case was delivered at a very good price compared to everywhere else, I opened the box and must admit what a great looking case, the build quality is OK, I've seen worse but also seen better, I opened the case and saw the front pocket, right away I loved that idea, I have an 12.9" iPad Pro and it fitted lovely in there with plenty of room for other bits and bobs like your mobile. The battery is a very good idea, however I was dubious regarding airport security, at the end of the day it's a suitcase with a battery, SIM card and wires, they are not just going to ignor that, I never traveled with this bag so sorry, I am unable to answer if it would cause issuesThe built in scales do not work at all. I use my normal luggage scale, and it weighed in at 4.3kg empty, did same test 3 times with built in scale and ranged from 4.7kg to 6.3kg.Now for main the main issue and why I cn only score 2 stars is the GPS tracking, so while the suitcase is turned on, this works great, very quickly no issues whatsoever, the trouble is, when your phone is out of range of the case, it will go into sleep mode after 5 mins, please see response below from Bluesmart when I emailed them what I discoveredUnfortunately when the carry-on is in sleep or airplane mode location tracking is not available; however, once the bluetooth button is pressed the suitcase wakes up and begins sending its location allowing you to find it. If you have any other question feel free to reach out.Best Regards,SebastianSo if in Bluetooth range you would tend to know where your bag is, but at least tracking would work, if you bag went missing it would more then likely be out of range so would be sleeping rendering the tracking useless unless you got lucky and they powered up your bag.To me this is a major oversight and thus have returned the bag for a full refund

Nice case, but heavy if your airline restricts the carry-on weight.
Great idea and a nice case, but be aware of the considerable weight of the case itself if you fly with any of the airlines with more restrictive carry-on weight allowances. Had to return it because some of the airlines we use are as low as 8Kg carry-on, meaning you can barely add any contents.

Bluesmart One GPS Review
I've recently purchased a bluesmart and wrote a blog on the productWith regards to the GPS tracking i think this is an unbelievable feature available for any piece of luggage. The GPS tracking work’s well in open spaces but struggles when surrounded by steel and concrete. Also tracking isn’t fully worldwide but is registered in most urban areas across EU and US. As the product becomes more used this coverage network will grow. More Reviews available at BluesmartReview dotcom

Nice Product
Useful with a few hidden extras. Such as bluetooth, GPS, built in scales and a warning system when the case, or the owner goes awol, at which point it will automatically lock itself. Pricey but good.
