Great for hunting.! Fox and coyotes ignore it,, even saw 2 deer once and they ignored it.
Animals ignore it at night as if it's not even on them. Hard to believe but it works. I've never had a coon, fox, or possum spook from the light,, although I think they see it.. they always continue exactly what they were doing. I have had a couple coyotes spook from it though. But I've had most ignore it.

Great light!
The light is solid as a rock. I plan to use it for hog hunting. I also tested it on my Bushnell Equinox. I know the light is not an IR illuminater, but any light helps NV. I was checking some deer out and switched the light on and it lit up the world! I looked over the Bushnell Equinox and their was a light red glow on everything, but it did not both r the deer!1" Scope ring fits the body so it now hangs on the rail of my AK-47!

Good for the money.
Very impressed with the light, very good value for what you pay. Not a regular predator hunter, otherwise I'd have spent more money. With this setup, you can see clearly and ID animals out to 250 yards, and will still be able to light up eyes at 400.

Does not work tout to 300 yards as advertised.
Light works out to 125 yards at max. Using a Nikon 3X9X40 hard to get enough light on target to see X Hairs.

Good for the price
Seems like a decent light that does zoom. Comes in nice case with an extra lithium battery and a triple a battery holder to use that style. The charger for the lithium batteries was junk. Broke first time I tried to plug it in the wall, fortunately I have other ones that should work.

disappointing
This light did not live up to their claims on brightness. It might light stuff up enough at 50 yards, but nothing beyond that. I needed at least twice that for my application. I should have known with the low price point. I sent them back for a refund and got an Orion which worked much better but cost twice as much.

Great hunting light
Great hunting light. I use these for coyote and hog. I'm hunting with it this week. I really like the focus able front lense and pressure switch. Helps when a dangerous hog is charging me after dark.

Used this red light to to view turtle without disturbing her while she was laying her eggs
Omg this was perfect we went to the Carribbean they said to use only red lights to view turtles laying eggs we took a chance got there on beach @1am and boom a giant leatherback turtle was making a hole for her eggs we used the red light for about 1hr to view her close up then she made her way back into the water wow!!!!
