These are delivered in their own box. The package is discreet.

Do these come in a sealed box ?

Yes, these products are brand new, in sealed boxes, with plastic security wrap around the retail boxes. All retail boxes are sealed inside plastic satchels and then in plain brown cardboard wrap for distribution to our customers.

Are these real? I bought 36 pack and the smell/colour is slightly different and the box is in Italian

I don't know, they had to be returned. Best to probably ask the seller.
