Nice pocket stone.

I will preface this by saying I do love my Citrine gem but there are slight inconsistencies between the description and the gem itself.First off, The gem in the picture and my gem look to be different sizes by about an inch or so. Not a world breaking comparison but the gem is already advertised to fairly small compared to my other crystals and gems. This however works well for me because I was able to justify buying my crystals to fill the extra space.Secondly, there is a large difference in the color presented in the photo and the actual gem. The gem I received, while still a pretty stone is much lighter and leans more towards a yellowish color than the orange presented in the photo.Bright sides to this gem include than it is really nice to hold and it comes with a pretty little box, and a card giving you details about the crystal.

My granddaughter is 4 & loves to look at my crystal books. She always pays special attention to the bloodstones so I decided to get her one for Christmas. This stone is a great size and came in a beautiful box. She absolutely loved it.

These crystals are completely smooth and beautiful. Just holding it in your hand has a very calming effect. I usually keep them in my pocket. I stopped smoking over 36 years ago, but I would have loved to have had these when I quit cold turkey. It’s not only calming, but gives your hand something to hold other than a cigarette. Back in the day I would hold a pencil a lot of the time just to keep my hand busy. To keep from craving cigarettes, I would sing oldies a lot. My son has the patience of a saint. He put up with my oldies medleys, but I know he’d have loved it if I would have had these. No pencil or singing necessary! Try them.

Almost clear with only a few striatians of citrine yellow. Please see photo. Waste of money. Plus mine has a crack. Too much effort to return and wish a better solution would have been offered.
