I am revising my review of this product. I was pretty upset that it took me forever to get the engraved plate so I gave a bad review. This was a gift for my 40th anniversary and I ordered the plate at the time of purchases. The method of ordering the plate is way to difficult. If you made it easier you would not have any problems with this issue. It is a great product and the plate was just what I wanted. Thank you. I highly recommend.

These trophies are very high-quality; much sturdier, heavier, and well-made than I expected, and definitely in the running for most popular Christmas gift to my fantasy sports-loving family members. Best of all, though, was the excellent service I received from Jenni when (as it turned out) the Post Office failed multiple times to deliver the personalized plates. She really went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I'd ordered. I'll be a repeat customer, for sure!

I can't say enough positive things about Decade Awards or their trophies, not only were the monster trophies perfect for our company Halloween costume and chili cook-off competition, but their friendliness and professionalism over the phone and through email was superb! Decade Awards definitely earned the 5th star in this review for their customer service! I've ordered numerous things from Amazon and when attempting to contact someone with a product question or for product customization, I've oftentimes found it to be a painstakingly difficult process. Not so with Decade Awards, not only are their instructions clearly stated on the page when ordering, but they were easily and readily accessible to answer my questions for order the custom engraved plates for the six trophies that were ordered. If you're on the fence about ordering this trophy, DON'T BE! These were a huge hit within our office, they're the perfect size for office desk/cubicle and all of our associates have expressed their desire and interest in next year's competition for a chance to win one! Depending on your event Decade Awards has a ton of different selections that would be perfect for numerous occasions. I ordered four different type/styles of trophies for the different categories of our competition. Each recipient loved theirs and can't wait for their personalized engraved plate to arrive! I bought this Monster Trophy and the other one that looks like a loser trophy, for family game night and they were perfect. The trophy itself arrived quickly, and I liked that it arrived separately because I ordered it last minute on Amazon. There is an option for a free personally engraved plate, which I wanted, and that arrived a few days later. That was also well made, and looks really professional. They are well made, sturdy, and so unique and funny.

Got this trophy for our family game nights and the customization was great. I do wish the plate was attached to the trophy before I received it versus having to mount it myself. Main complaint is that is broke in half after a few short months. Definitely disappointed in the durability of this product and that it broke in such a short amount of time.

I ordered the 9.5" Monster Trophy to give as a prize for our family game night. The seller provided easy-to-follow instructions for requesting a customized plate for the front of the trophy. I messaged the seller as instructed and received a very timely acknowledgment of my request. Nancy updated me when the plate was mailed (separately) and it arrived in just a couple of days, reading precisely as I had requested. The trophy itself is very impressive. It has a nice heft to it as well as eye-catching detail on the monster. Our game-night competitors are already very excited about competing for this Beast Trophy, as we've named it. For anyone looking for a unique trophy or one-of-a-kind award to hand out, I highly recommend the Decade Awards Victory Monster Trophy.

This is a good quality product, better than I expected for the price. It’s kinda heavy! It’s not made of the light, cheap stuff most trophies are. I ordered the personalized plaque per the email instructions and got confirmation with a sample image in less than one day which really impressed me. I got an excellent quality plaque a few days later with a follow up email telling me it was on the way (which was helpful because the red envelope I received looked like spam mail at first glance.) This is a great company with an excellent product and good prices. I’m sticking with them for any future purchases.

I purchased this for my husband who had just won his first cycling race. His nickname is The Beast so when I found this I was ecstatic. The trophy arrived in 2 days and the nameplate arrived the next day!! It was perfect in every way. Fast shipping, great quality statue (even my husband commented on it), and the nameplate was printed perfectly! Usually go for a "shield " type trophy for team awards but gave this a go. A bit of fun and good value for money.woukd buy again.
