I’m really happy with this purchase. The steam mop is easy to use and heats up quickly. It glides smoothly over the floor and does a great job cleaning — I was surprised at how much dirt it lifted! This is amazing. Especially for the price. The steam output is impressive and it’s a great size for what I need it for. I mainly use it to sanitize my floors and it even works well on carpet. I haven’t used the attachments yet but I love that it comes with so many and it’s very easy to make adjustments

It did a great job. Real easy to use only tried it several times. Cleaned my carpets and it did remove the stains just had to hold it over the spot a little longer. I have used it on my hardwood floors and they came out great. My kitchen and bathroom floors never looked cleaner. Definitely recommend it.

I used this steam mop for the first time today. It was easy to put together and the cord was plenty long enough. I just moved it to the room I was cleaning at the time. I can't say that I noticed a difference in the cleanliness of my gray kitchen laminate floor. It wasn't extremely dirty to begin with. I typically wash it monthly with a microfiber cloth and bucket with Mr Clean, on my hands and knees. But I'm almost 70 yrs old and that's hard for me anymore. It's a little awkward to fill the water tank but not a deal breaker. Spout is on the front, not the top of the tank which would have made it easier to fill. The pads are dark gray so you can't see the amount of dirt that comes up but the saturated pad wrung out gray/brown water so I guess its doing its job. I would prefer a lighter color pad though. I have a small kitchen and by the end, the pad was so wet that I needed a towel to wipe up the excess water. I changed pads and did my bathroom with the second one. Again, no noticeable change but I like the idea that it killed germs around my toilet and I didn't have to get close to that area. I also liked that I only used water to clean/sanitize vs Mr Clean or Lysol. The mop heated up fast. It makes a low bubbling noise but it wasn't loud enough to be annoying. It didn't get the dirt trapped in the kitchen laminate floor's divets even tho I held the steam over the dirty spots for several seconds. Perhaps they'll come up with continued use. My advice is to buy replacement pads and change frequently so floor isn't sopping wet near the end of your cleaning. Haven't used the attachments yet but anxious to see how it will work on my stovetop and will try on the floor divets as well. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. Its better than the Hahn steam mop I owned 10+ yrs ago as its much lighter and easier to maneuver. And its much better than cleaning on my hands and knees. I also like that the mop stands up on its own and has hooks to wrap the cord. I did days of research via You Tube videos, consumer reports and Amazon reviews. I think I made the right choice for my budget. I also purchased the $8.99 additional 2 yr warranty offered by Amazon for peace of mind that this mop will last a few years. That was kind of a no brainer and $9 well spent.

I can’t say enough good things about this steamer! It’s super easy to use, and I love how it heats up fast and gets the job done without any chemicals. I have owned a few steam mops. I find this mop works perfectly. It is easy to use and the water retention is very good.

I have to say I’ve owned this mop for about four months now. All around I’m not upset with this purchase. It feels very well built with very little complaints about it. I do love it size that it is lightweight easy to move around. I have zero issues with the water reservoir leaking of any kind. It is fast on heating up and starting to steam and has great versatility. One of the things that bugs me the most about this though is there’s not a very good way to roll the cable up on the back. The plug doesn’t have a click to stick it back to the cable. I have to feed it through the loops to keep it from falling off. And the carpet cleaning attachment didn’t feel like it did anything when I tried to use it. But all the other attachments worked really well.

Waste of money, it lasted 2 weeks and not sure if I will ever got it repaired or reimbursed
