It works. However can someone explain the settings . The manual is very vague on how to use different settings.

This particular IR light pad is a reasonable size and strength for a reasonable price. You can use it with just Infrared, with just Red light, or with both. You can have it at 4 levels of strength, you can have it a solid shining light, or a pulsing light. It has an automatic shut off at 30 minutes, or you can set it to shut off at a different number of minutes (it goes up by 5) less than the 30. It is easy to use, I just lay it across wherever I want it. Shoulder, back, knees, hands and fingers or anywhere I need it. It comes with a belt-type thing that you can wrap around like the picture shows, but I didn't find that helpful and don't use it. This is a great buy, you can't go wrong.

Stopped working after a few months. It seems to be an issue with the area that plugs into the belt. It flickered at first and I would have to play with it to get it to stay on now it just won't work at all. Super bummed as I'm passed the return window and there's no option to contact seller 🤨

It worked well until it developed a bad connection where the cable plugs into the pad. I returned it for a refund.

Read the instructions. I find that when I use this wrap every day, my legs feel great. I use while watching tv and am very happy with the price/value. So many other units like this are way overpriced, but this is good for small areas of your body. I've not used it anywhere near my face, so cannot attest to effectiveness there (or safety). Otherwise, very happy with this purchase. Thanks !
