I noticed better memory within 2 days taking regular strength, then decided to try extra strength. Of all my supplements and vitamins and herbs, Prevagen is my first product I reorder. It is my favorite capsule and definitely very helpful and beneficial in improving my short term memory. I also started walking two hours a day instead of one hour. I’ve been taking Prevagen Extra Strength for a little while now. I can’t say for sure if I notice a big difference yet, but I plan to keep taking it and give it more time. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I really appreciate that this is a two-month supply—it’s a much better value than buying smaller bottles. Even if the results take a while to show, I feel good about doing something supportive for my brain health. Definitely worth trying, especially at this price point.
