I definitely highly recommend this for quality and price.
Firstly excellent delivery and packaging.I was instantly impressed with the quality and build especially for the price. I installed this as it was a straight replacement and crossed my fingers the sizes were the same which thankfully they were.on first use I instantly noticed the speed at which it reached high temperatures.it has two large and two smallish rings with dials along the right hand side along with settings of 1-11 for each dial which I found unusual and handy.my only issue is that the dials although having a groove to align with the dial number are the same colour as the dial itself so if slightly dark can be hard to see, I have to turn the extractor light on to see them properly on occasions, this maybe due to my eyesight so doesn't warrant a deduction in stars.I definitely highly recommend this for quality and price.

for an elderly person the knob control is less technical than the digital type controls
The knob controls are much easier for a senior person to remember how to use its simple on-off and temperature control on same knob for each heating ring on the hob.The touch controls are much more difficult to operate and timers make the operation of a hob with all these different functions only confuse people.keep it simplesometimes they can be turned on by a person,s sleeve catching on the knob as they reach for something at the back of the hob.But I'm sure that could be addressed by manufacturer.

Avoid this vendor!!!
Received the appliance fairly quickly. I had to wait for the qualified electrician to install it. Unfortunately the day after it was installed one of the rings stopped working and in the next 3 weeks all of the rings stopped working. I have contacted the vendor requesting a refund for the appliance as well as for the cost of the electrician. They requested proof that the electrician is qualified then requested the invoice, then requested we would uninstall and return the product for a refund for only the cost of the appliance. I didn't think that we had to cover the cost of installation and removal of a fauly appliance. After 4 months of deliberations involving Amazon customer services we managed to get a back a fraction of the electrician cost. And we had to dispose of the faulty appliance ourselves. Not recommended at all!!!

Good service and overall good product
Very happy overall with product. All works brilliantly The only thing that needs addressing is the nobs on the hob. Very hard to see the on/off part of it and they easily slide on without you realising.

Really fast delivery came within two days, the outside measurements were the same as the one taken out but I had to make the hole in the worktop slightly bigger, very easy to use with ample settings on the dials.

Bought this in August 18. Installed 1st October Hardly used ONE ring has already stopped working.Stay clear don,t waste your money.AMENDMENT, All four rings are now working again
