Delicious, creamy white beans
I've stopped eating animals so I need to get my protein from somewhere, and these are an excellent choice. Argentina white beans are also known as white kidney beans. To be honest they look pretty much the same as cannellini beans and taste the same as well.soaked them overnight (24 hours) with a little salt, changed the water next day, brought to the boil then left to simmer for 80-90 minutes. tested after an hour but needed longer. saved some of the water for the chilli, then cooled the beans so they don't keep cooking. yum

Cheap Choice
They have a resemblance to cannellini, and cost less. Pressure cooked in twenty mins.This is a good sign that they are not old stock, and they have a pleasant tasteI bought some cannellini from Amazon , from different supplier, cost a lot moreand are inedible.

Great baked beans
Normally use haricot beans but saw these and soaked for a day and pressure cooked and made a lovely baked bean , lovely and soft and creamy will now be my go to bean

Easy to cook
These beans are easy to cook. After soaking, they cook on a low heat for under an hour. They taste good too.
